Age - put your cats age. You may use moons, years, season cycles, but you must have moons there. Gender, just circle your cats gender Male|Female.

Clan - The symbols for the four clans are here: Blazeclan | Galeclan | Reedclan | Fogclan - Circle your clan

Breed - If your cat has a breed or a mix, put it here. We don't want too many purebreed cats.

Family - Put your cats mother, father, and anyone else you want to put in.

Extra Info

Do they limp, are they half blind? Put any important facts that may be needed to know here.

Pelt Info

In the two side silhouettes, draw out your cats complete pelt. For PS, Gimp, Sai or Paint.net Users, make a new layer, and set it to multiple. Then just use your colors over the white. For MS Paint users, If you are open to a new program: Paint.net is free, saves transparency, and allows layers to be used.

For the height chart, just scale your cat against the average male.
