which part? I rushed this drawing to be honest.

But in all my drawings I put down a base color.
use a brush tool to blob on the other tints (shades, pinks, oranges, blue, purples..)
then slowly blend by taking the color mixed between the base and the tint until it is even.
Then for this drawing I used a low grade smooth tool and gently went over it.
