Sure. I've photographed the girl and the guy in front of the mirror, after that i have held the reflected image of the guy only.
In a second time i've painted with a wacom the shadows, the chain, and the other signs. Every person on the beach are extracted from differents shot.
Finally i've imported the image in 3D studio Max and modelled the vegetation around the girl.

i discussed it with my friend, and we think it might mean "peace (harmony) among people is precious (hard to keep)"

but we're not absolute sure... but it should be that ^^

well, actually i'm chinese, so the culture & philosphy is part of me.....
and in my eyes there should be much much more communication between asia and the rest of the world, at least in europe i bet only 10% know asia not only as "our trade partner" or "the part of the world, where only poor poeple lives" or "the mysterious country that we do not understand (and we do not want to)"

and also in asia there's still so much racism, prejudice, ignorance, and i guess only 5% regard the non-asia people as "human".... <.<

and the funny thing is, both cultures uses items, characters, signs, languages of the other one and no one really care what it means, for instance i was giggling my head off when i saw a german girl wore a shirt with the chinese characters "bike" on it.... i just thought.. WTF?!?
and in china it's not hard at all to find english words, phrases etc on labels & things, but if you wanna understand .... well then hf.....

for me, it's sometimes like a joke, a real cruel joke.......

culture & ethnnic as a human need can be so cruel sometimes....

Is full of theese strange jokes. Theme are joined in that big circle called Life.
Racism is present in our little daily actions as Love too. I Know the circumstances that make people becoming cruel and beastly, but i also want to put a light in the value of what they still can do for the world.
