I really like this piece! Based on Sonic 06, I really feel sorry for Silver in this. The only world he knew was a burning dystopian wasteland ravaged by an unbeatable foe which he could only hope to win small, temporary victories over. The feeling of hopelessness and desperation really would push someone to do anything to change their reality, normal morals aside. Even then he had qualms about killing one person to save his world so kudos to him.
