Hey, not COMPLETELY realistic, just some stuff to make it appealing. Just some basic physics should be in effect, like hair goes on fire and stuff.

Those look more like smoke bombs. And technically no. Grenades only explode when triggered, i.e. pulling the pin and letting go of the handle.

They won't detonate from the kinetic energy of a bullet. I may think of it as too realistic, but you gotta remember, online games have to be built around balance. Pyro having explosive chest grenades would make him easy bait for skilled Snipers, or even a stray Engineer pistol shot could take him out in a single hit.
