September 2011. An idea I got a few months ago. What do you think? Idea, composition, improvements?All thoughts are welcome!
EDIT: I made some improvments. The transition where the two houses meet are now more realistic.
EDIT2: Made some major adjustments, darker image, more realistic light.

Do you get all the images for your work from your own photos or do you get some online too? I would love to try doing some work like this but I need a good cheap source of media. This is spectacular by the way.

What first comes to mind:
"Dreams in the witches house" (by H.P.Lovecraft) meets "3D studio max" (by Autodesk)
Technically: The only thing that kind of bugs the picture a little is the fence. It's off somehow in saturation. Toning it down/fading it a bit maybe(?)
Other than that, it's all awesome!

Reminds me so much of working in 3d... planes so readily intersect and more often than not it's something you're fighting to suppress, but I've always loved the look of it myself.

actually, I am planing a book where I will show that with most of my work. I hope to have it finished in a year or so. Still have a few ideas I need to realize to put in there.
