You said two of my favorite words when it comes to pixels: kimono and humans! Sadly, as I mentioned in my other reply to you, I'm not taking commissions right now. This is absolutely a project I'd love to do someday, though. Avatars just don't have as high a profit margin for me as my other work, unfortunately, so they really end up being a labor of love. Most people aren't able/willing to pay what my pixel work is actually worth, so I only do it as I have the time and inspiration. :c

I totally could if I could do some payments since I don't get paid very much at all. I: most of my money goes to rent and crap. So most I could do is $50 a month [getting paid once at the end of the month sucks. x'D But yes. when your open lemme know and I'll throw some refs together [I need to get refs done too D': so much needs buying!]

Cost:
All avatar commissions require a $50 USD nonrefundable deposit. No other payment is due until completion of the project, however the amount due may vary based on the total labor hours spent working. Labor costs $10/hr, so the deposit covers the first five.
Most avatars are about $100. For those which are symmetrical and can be flipped, they can be completed in about 10 hours broken up into a few sessions. Exceptionally detailed avatars, or those which require redrawing when flipped, will increase time spent and therefore will cost more.
There will be no exception to the deposit, and no files will be received until the final balance is paid. If you forfeit on the commission and do not pay the remaining balance, I reserve the right to edit and resell the work without a refund of the deposit.

All standard avatars come with one specitag and a fully-functional avatar without animation. No portraits are included.

I do take payment plans, and I only require $50 nonrefundable deposit at the start. I'd be completely amenable to that, when I'm finally free enough to take avatar commissions. Since rent at my new home looks to be very cheap, I should be able to swing them again at some point. I really do love kimono, too.

I'm very flexible, and even though I'm not always the fastest, my clients would definitely say that I'm all about making sure you love the end result. Details are kind of my jam. I hope we get to work together someday!
