Picasa photo editor. You can download it online for free and it has some very basic lighting options and even a few cool effects you can use. It's great for people who aren't super savvy with photoshop. I thought it would look nice since Harley is a comic character. Glad you like it!

sweet, i will definitely look into this. And your Harley costume is far better than the designs they have been giving her recently in the comics.

Thanks! I know what you mean.. I really hated her outfits in the new Batman games. I also didn't want to order something cheap, so I made my own.
