In Weißwasser there is a local Narrow gauge railway and in the summer they drive tourists around the historical places in the nearby villages.
In the early years this was a industrical railway to transport goods and stuff to the factories and to the international railroad system.

Back in the days we parents was stressed by going back to the railroad crossing because he heard the train and we have better things to do as to wait for the train coming. But now I think otherwise. It was important for this little man, to see the train and share this experience with us. It was time together. It was a easier time.
