I have finally finished colouring this sucker.This was my firs idea for this months challenge from groups monthly challenge.
I used `FantasyStock 's stock image.

At first I didn't want to submit it for the challenge, but I got around colouring so I tought why not.
The idea might not be too connected to the stock image I used but when I saw the photo this was what my mind came up with. So the basic idea was the pastel colour that they are coloured with...my choice of colours for each of them might be a bit off but this is the explanation.
The top dragon represents the morning sky.
The middle one represents the sunset.
The lowest one represents the forest undernteath the sky and the purple feathers symbolize the purple irises, which have nothing to do with the whole picture because I just like combining purple and green.

You're kidding, right? The lineart without hue was good, now with it the picture is a quite eye-catching candy. I always have been finding myself contemplating about how do you blend so well those soft, mild colours.

To tell you the truth I still have problem digesting this painting...I just don't like how it turned out...the line art was just fine, but when I started colouring it the colours were just buggin' me, and I was procrastinating on finishing it. But even now when it's finished I just feel like stacking it somewhere in the house so that I don't have to look at it...I don't know...Hopefully the one I'll colour in PS will turn out way better.

Hmm, if it's bugging you, Try to add some shades in the lower places of picture. Maybe that would help.

I think I'm just going to try it out in PS...because retouching it now would cause more damage...maybe after a while I'll adjust to the colours.
