But.. It kinda looks like his hand is facing the wrong direction. If it's his right arm, shouldn't the thumb be on the backside~? Or is it supposed to be his other arm? Sorry, I'm just a little confused about it

Hoyt is like the demon from The Exorcist - his limbs just turn 360 degrees when he's at that motherfucking poker table of his. Rumor has it, that his head once started violently spinning as he was spewing pure Columbian Cocaine out of his mouth at the unsuspecting, shocked players. Was a night to remember. That, or all the participants were so drugged up, that they started hallucinating the entire thing, uncertain if they Boss' limbs were really on backwards or not. One will never know for certain.
