Yes...sortof... It's only called Marine One when the President's actually on board. All other times it's callsign is Nighthawk # (# varies from mission to mission). Check http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/7364 680/ for more!

We had C-5s stations at Travis Airforce base and Castle Air Base in California when I was growing up. Even if you didn't see the plane parked on the Tarmack you saw the distinctive tail wing!
