Sam, do you have any unfinished business in World Wide Weather...?

Last year, something unexpected happened that I believed was a first in my life! A blizzard showed up in my town right on Halloween, completely messing up the trick-or-treating schedule for many. As far as I remember, only one kid showed up at my doorstep in spite of it all. Considering that I could not see anyone else going around for treats, that kid was one courageous fellow. Of course, she was accompanied by an older person (not sure if that was a sibling or a parent), but still.

The drawing above was made (started a few days ago ) after I soon heard on the radio about snow reportedly being seen in a nearby city, despite everything looking normal over here. We have Pop Singer , Pajama Sam , Priscilla , and a Star Fox-cosplaying Oukin trying to trick-or-treat only to be interrupted by a weather problem. Snow may be nice, but this is not the time for it!

I wonder if the blizzard will show up again this upcoming Halloween. Maybe not, but a certain you-know-what probably has already guaranteed a crisis for those hoping to show off their costumes.
