"Mara I'm so glad I found you!"

"Hm?" The brown Foxpond turned around alarmed at the panicked voice to see a pale Foxpond she knew as Bon.

"The Blue Sea! There's something wrong with it!" Bon pointed her nose in the direction she was talking about. "Mr.Kanji is there trying to keep everyone calm but I needed more help because there busy looking after the sea life... I need you to help me with a net that's thick enough to hold this goo stuff where it came from!"

"Of coarse I'll help you!" she explained in an alarmed voice, "But what is this "stuff" your talking about?"

"There's no time to waist! I'll tell you on the way!" Bon pelted as fast as she could towards the Blue Sea with Mara close on her heels. Before long, they reached the cost of the river by the ocean it was slowly seeping into.

"So this is what it is... It's so... Weird... And it smells bad. What is it?" Mara said creeping up to it slowly in curiosity, "Don't touch it!" Bon explained stepping in front of her, "It's toxic, even Mr.Kanji doesn't know what it is! But it's half solid so were hoping the net can keep it in. It's a very close knit one so where hoping it will work..." Bon glanced over at the net, and Mara nodded in response.

"I can swim to other side a bit further down stream where it's not to far to swim across. We can set the net up there." Bon and Mara picked up either end of the net. "Got it." Mara said with determination, they both hurriedly pulled the net along as fast as they could to the point that Bon had described. She then procided to jump into the water and swam as quickly as she could to other end gripping the net tightly in her mouth. She dropped it other end.

"Tie it to that tree there and I'll tie it here." Mara pulled her end tightly and tied it securely to the trunk of the tree beside her. Bon had done the same. "How do we hold the bottom down though?" Mara called over, "It could seep under the bottom." Mara looked at her toes for a second and heard a splash. Bon swam back to her side. "Maybe the fish could help us?" Bon suggested, "They could hold it down until the substance gets there so it can harden a bit. Then it wont seep under!" Mara's eyes lit up. "Good idea! I'll find some of the fish on this side of the net and you can go back to Mr.Kanji and explain to him our idea." Bon nodded. "Got it."

Bon ran back the way the two had came and Mara dove gracefully into the water. Almost like the fish had been listening, they were making there way to the net, holding it down. She propelled her way towards them and helped hold it down. More and more fish slowly joined her and she stared back at the green substance getting closer. She could feel the nerves traveling through the water but as it got closer, she could hear more and more splashed above her. A team of Foxponds was swimming down to help everyone pin down the bottom of the net. The green got closer.

As it got to the net, it stopped. It didn't seep through anywhere. It just... Stopped. Everyone stopped to look at each other checking to see if there was a break through but nothing, happiness ran through them all as they swam back to the surface. Cheers broke the surface and even the mysterious Mr.Kanji was there and impressed and gave Mara and Bon a slight nod of approval.

Before long, everyone started to carefully bucket out all of the weird substance before it could have spread.

The end.

"Save Our Water" mission is now completed for Mara! I decided to put a short story in there to rather than explaining what she did cos I guess it would seem a bit more exciting o//w//o I worked in Bon and Mr.Kanji cos they were both mentioned in the prompt and I wanted to stick close to it as much as I could! I'm really happy with the outcome and I hope the Foxpond community enjoys it to! ;V;
