I love Roadkill. She’s best lazy eye girl.

Here’s the description I provided with it:
I strived to convey the progression of character development in a single piece, presenting how each stage contributes to the whole. I used the strong contrast of regular and colored pencils to emphasize how dramatically the character undergoes change from starting out as a scared stray kitten fearful of all her surroundings into a crazy but confident street cat whose main characteristics were molded by the harsh conditions of her environment, showcasing what her challenge to adapt has cost her. I wanted to pertain to the theme of “Under Construction” by showcasing the fundamental building blocks of storytelling through the character, a specific stage presented in each pose. She may seem fully colored and detailed in her last presentation, but there is always more room to grow, so there’s no guarantee that this is the last of her evolution.
