So, There is a lot of back story between the Cloud Queen and Aspen. First of all, They were both born human. Second, They were best friends. And when I say best friends, I mean Best Friends. Like Aspen and Boo are now. But, what Aspen doesn't know is that when she was on the verge of death, Cloudette ( the Cloud Queen) Made a deal with the demon king to bring her back. In exchange, Claudia became an evil queen with no memory of ever being Friends with Aspen, in fact, she had a powerful urge of kill her. Aspen on the other hand lost her memory after being dead.
