This what happens when I'm bored and play to much LCU. I seem to notice lack of female criminals *I can understand why though*. Ssssooooo I thought I should come up with one. But not a normal one. But a evil crime boss with powers.

Bio:

Venus Chillingworth was born as Lindsey Jones. She had a masters in Chemicals and plants and a good scientist. But one day an experiment of hers went wrong and cause a horrible accident. Her skin turned green, her Blond hair turned Black, and her eyes turned yellow. But there was more. She also has the ability to control plants *like Poison Ivy from Batman*, develop incredible fighting skills, and can shoot power beams from her hands *like Shego from Kim Possible* But can hardly control them so she wears special green gloves to contain them, She can also can over the minds of anyone and make them do her bidding. She then left her town and moved to LEGO CITY, changed her name to Venus Chillingworth and became the first female crime lord and started a gang.

So yeah. LEGO city's first female crime boss. I have no idea if I'm going to include her in any storied but just thought I tell u about her.
