Plot:
Chase will do anything to get Trace back. Trace finally discover who she is.

Dr. Inferno has brought Trace back on his island hideout. Despite his efforts to bring her spirits up Trace still feels down and angry at him. But Inferno assured her that things will be back the way they were once before. That night Trace had a dream of 2 figures that look familiar to her. They told her that Inferno took her from her family and was never abandoned. The next morning she question Inferno this but he denied it. Trace looked around the base more and found Inferno's old diary. She reads and learns the truth. She was taken from her family as a baby. She confronts Inferno about this. Inferno told her that her father was the reason why he had that scar and lost a limb. He wanted to kill him but instead stole Trace from him. He told her that it was for the sake of her protection but Trace calls his bluff. She then attempts to leave but he knocks her out.

Chase meanwhile went to the island to find Trace. He found her tied up and after he untied her Inferno showed up and hey had a brawl however after Inferno knocked Chase down, Trace violently beats the crap out of Dr. Inferno. Trace told Chase that Inferno stole her from her family and wants to kill Inferno right now but Chase snapped her out of it and tells her they should leave. Inferno tells Trace that her parents are still alive but refuse to give their identities. As Chase and Trace were returning to base Trace gave Chase all the details on what she found out. She was about to suffer a emotional breakdown but Chase assured her that he will find her real family.

When Chase and Trace return to base they found the agents sitting around with sad looks on their faces. Charge tells Chase that his grandmother Cam was in the hospital. Its then revealed that for a while Cam had an illness and was hiding it for a while and the doctors said that she doesn't have much time left. Chase along Charge and Trace go to the hospital to find all of Chase's family and friends. Chase is the only one left who has yet to say goodbye. He goes to Cam's room to see her and finds TeeVee in there as well, which is no surprise since Cam is like a mother to him. Cam told him that he was a great person and that he's going to do many great things. She also told Trace that she was good woman too. Chase told Cam about Trace's situation and Cam assured him and Trace that will find her family and bring down her Inferno once an for all. Cam also told TeeVee that he was the greatest invention she has ever made and wants him to helps Chase and the Agents which he agrees. Cam babbles on she never thought she would die this way and never thought she would live to an old age, but she's glad she did and now her time was to come to join Dash, her friends, Arrow, her aunt and uncle, and her parents. Chase, Trace, Charge, and Teevee watch in silence as Cam slowly closed her eyes and the heart monitor went straight.

We then cut to the aftermath of Cam's funeral. Where Chase is the last one standing at her grave. Trace outs her hand on his shoulder and hugs him, followed but the other agents. Finally we see Cam reuniting with her husband Dash, the Alpha Team, Arrow, her aunt and uncle, and her parents in heaven.
