A very well done piece of work, though I am not sure if it's a original or based as a anime{or manga}, I do love the concept.
I personally see it like a magic girl save without the magic and in stead cyborg tech put into her, with secret guns and...less clothing...well let's face it, magic girl clothing is never really practical in combat {lol}.
Regardless, it is very well done, with smooth lines and equily smooth colors, only real complaint is the pondering on what she's trying to shoot at...and why her skirt's so tiny.
