Finally done, took me longer than i expected. overall i'm pretty happy with the result, still quite a lot of modeling tips and tricks i still need to learn and explore, and i still don't have any air brush until today.The entire build was quite a challenge as i manage to merge the 00 riser unit to the unicorn, took me a few weeks to figure out how to build a connector to mate the back pack together. Other than that i also build an arm beam cannon made out from art line pen and some old gundam spare-parts. i also scratch build a pair of leg booster unit to beef up the leg. looks like NU gundam now, i even build a rack on the back pack to hold 4 fin funnels salvaged from my 144 scale nu gundam.
This is gonna be one kick ass unicorn gundam.

Very Nice Unicorn ... BUT:
1. Why Golden Beams under hull ... well at last should shine more 
2. Merging 00-Raiser Support Unit with Unicorn should never have take a place.
Bro, its ok if you wanted it to look more dangerous and Agresive but... it ended up in weirder way.
a. You have added Shilds on both of arms,
b. You have added Psycho frame Booseters on Legz
c. you have added Raiser type 00 with Wing-Shilds like.
d. and you added something like Beam dual cannon on right arm under shild ...
How it supouse to move ? since you cant set arms in back, manuveur of that unit is hightlly neffered ... even with Destroyer Mode on that younit have no chance of survival, even aganist Kshatriya 1 vs 1 it will be down in 1 minute.
You can use Saber, you cant use Wings since it colides with Shilds on Arms and that whole equipment slows down machine ...
and more important ... 00-Raiser Unit was only in propouse to boost up Twin Drive system like Nitro-Engine supporting.
Unicorn was using Minovsky Preatilles, and GN-Drive is out of date, smae with Raiser.
EVEN Freedom Wings might slow him down... but at last it might be Fire power-alltylery system.
That was nice try, made that unit a massive Bastard for sure.
but its impossible to move it, its like Gundam Virtue with 4 lunchers on left hand, sniper riffle on right hand and beam saber in teeth ... (o.O Roronoa Zoro Gundam xD Rotfl).
Too many weapons ... if i ware pilot of that unit i might end up thinking 5x before chosing a weapon. Unicorn should stay simple as Full white, with just 2 Beam Sabers on back nad each arm 1 hidden saber x connector, 1 simple shild and simple looks ... After changing to Destroyer mode its making it more looking as aggresive and dangerous.
you should leave it as it was, or just repleace entire Booster - like making it fmailiar with Gundam Akatsuki - that booster might fit, and better looking booster outputs, these round like are out of date 
And make Center Core a bigger with new Engine outputs.
Every Gundam Series was like that - Upgrading Gundam with not only additional items, but Evolve its Head, Arms, Legz, Center core. + wings + new cool looking and more evolved weapons.
You unit looks like have found all of these parts in junkyard, Sorry.
Anyway, im happy to see Gunpla fun wich used all his time and effort to build it.
But i see that u can do more, you can suprass even Tomino of Sunrise...
Next time, please mae it a Project on paper and set al lthings to move that mashine and make it easier to be piloted, that machine was done to stand aganist "NewType", wich could be piloted even by Human, you sure want to Kill its human pilot

by the way u missed out 4 fin funnels mounted on the riser pack
don't worry all those extra armors are all detachable, and the unicorn can be as simple as it should have been.

hahah, what u said all make perfect sense i could not have agree more. somehow when i was building this thing out of fun and creativity, we all knows gundams are pure fiction. but the way u analize this i love it, it's hard to came across comment like your which is very helpful to improve.
by the way this little sucker just won an award for mid-year gundam model kit challenge which i just submit it for the fun of it and it won the 'new challenger' award. i was laughing at myself saying i was not even serious about winning.

i really like the MG gundam unicorn build, i was planning another gundam unicorn build using the 144 scale HG version. i'm waiting for this weekend to the model shop to get it

awesome, yeah. i have another unicorn, well, it was my 1st one and that would be only my 3rd MG. i thought i had done a good job. i learn quick though because my 4th was sinanju you can see pics in my profile.
i'm thinking of making the 1st one banshee if i ever stop being lazy.
i really wonder why bandai doesn't make the UC line up 1/100 even just HG and not MG. i mean, it's basically the same thing from 1/44 but scaled up. (like those 1/60 HG kits)

2 things i hated the MG unicorn was the tiny gundam face(it needed a small face for the transformation)i swap it due gundam face(with some modification)
another part i hated the most was the knee articulation, it can only bend some 30 degree angle at max, very disappointed for a MG but thanks to some magazines and online research i manange to modified it to a 50 degree bend.
the HG version have a much better looking gundam face and better articulation, and i won't worry about loosing spare part(MG have a lot of loosen parts)

no doubt unicorn was one of my fave gundam as i like UC's gundam more, but the funny thing i i have more MG seed's gundam, my strike iwsp was one of them, i still have both freedom and strike freedom waiting to be customize.

My, that Gundam is similar to Gundam NT-1 Netix. If you ever played G Generation Spirits, you will understand about that Gundam I mentioned.

1. It would've been better if you had kept the white paint job (plain, i know. But that's what makes this Gundam more interesting.

You got any tips to make custom parts like you did? I've wanted to do it but I don't know where to start.

there are 2 types of custom parts, 1. assembling spare parts left over from old model kits, normally sometimes model kit will have extra unwanted spare parts, keep them, and old unwanted model kit makes good spare parts. my unicorn was build from duel gundam parts like the face and some leg articlaltions, i also use o riser as a pre-assemble parts for the back pack
2. scratch build, start with a plain A-4 size plastic plate, cut them to form the shape u want, for example my unicorn leg booster set was made from plates, and a few layer of it makes it nice and detail

I'm quite impressed with the attachment of the backpack, though I am wondering how you managed to modify the back pack to fit the O- Raiser parts.

the backpack attachment was a bit tricky to work on, i took inspiration from freedom gundam and any other gundam that have wing mount, then i use some knee and arm joins from duel gundam, glue them together but still maintain the rotatable parts for the riser to rotate and move, then i made a another backpack that can be mount to the unicorn's back part. it's pretty heavy and won't stand by itself
