I also used to have a bike, though it was a cheap one but i was happy to have it

Sadly we donΒ΄t have that many hills in denmark to really test it out :S

i personally own a zaskar mountain bike with XTR and XT mixed, the set up is very much similliar to this one expect i'm using a manitou fork instead of rock shox in reality. the most astonshing thing is after i got this art done, two weeks later i bought the similliar zaskar frame for hrf of it's price.

Is it by any chance Manitou Exel or Minute? I really wanted a review on it since I was wanting to buy one, deciding over Manitou or Mazocchi Mx Air.

Ok usually I dont comment on pictures that have millions of comments... but... is there really any way one could pass this up? This is just...nice. I wont freak out or anything, it just ranks as one of the best pictures I've ever seen.

This is awesome! You really do have an amazing talent! The detail on this is stunning, not to mention the coloring and bg! This whole scene is so realistic, I can tell from the care you took to make this that you must want that bike. I'm so glad that it's coming together for you, literally. Absloutely beautiful!

Okay, I'm a sucker for beautiful atmospheric landscapes. Can you blame me?

This is really pretty, and you really get the feeling of the rugged, muggy outdoors!

You can see some of my landscapes on [link]

but why do you draw a dog ?
You'd rather draw a nice girl riding the bike and you'll get tons of feedback

Very nice job, everything from the bike to the background. I saw this when it was originally posted, however at the time I didn't have a DevArt account to comment. Who knew I could get one of these things just to yell at people? Anyway, if I really wanted to get picky I could point out the bicycle seat looks like it's turned to the side. Though I had to stare at the pic for about five minutes to even notice so it's probably my sleep lacking brain twisting things around. Again, really nice work.

freaky, i took a quick glance and i almost thought it was a real life pic, been staring at the front tire to long anyways
excellent attention to detail, i like the way how you matched the color of his gear to the color of your/his bike. ^_^
background is amazing, i really thought it wasnt possible to put all that detail in a small space but.. you proved me wrong, excellent job! The bike i have is a Mongoose (for riding not tricks anyways)

Well, you have the frame, that's a major part, only a little to go right? ^_^
Personally, I thought this one was amazing! I never commented on it for some reason or another. It really looks good though, you have an awesome eye for detail, and there is so much of it in this one. Okay, so there is always a lot of detail in your pics, but this is still very good. Great anatomy, nice perspective, and a good camera angle.

I think you have a hell of a lot of skill, but there's such a dichotomy of style between the furry guy and the landscape he inhabits/ the bike he rides, maybe because you've drawn the character a lot and you stylise out of habit. Maybe the reason you haven't got much feedback is that it's obvious the piece is superbly done, but there's something missing... a narrative, a context... why a furry guy anyway? It's hard to put my finger on it. Anyway I'm off to check out your gallery!
