i loved how you tried to make the subjects in toned w/ the background's color yellow. but i think the shadows needs to be a lil darker beneath the griffin's paws, since it looks like a harsh sunlight out there. plus the griffin's armor is not consist w/ the light sources, it looks confusing. the cosplayer's shadows are in the right place at least.
otherwise, the composition looks great! keep it up!
