Character: England
Explaination: Living up to the title of the Sentimental Old Man, England often dreams of the past, especially of the times when America was still his colony and under his care. Throughout the series, it has been mentioned multiple times that England misses the good ol' days before the Revolutionary War, evident when he comments how America was "so cute back then". In modern times, they often find themselves bickering with each other and no longer anywhere close to how their relationship used to be, and I believe that England sometimes envies the past when they were both truly happy and comfortable around each other. His frustation translated into an ideal dream in which he regressed back in time to when America was still young and they were floating in the sky via balloons, soaring through clouds and basking in the warmth of the sun, free of any worry or animosity. He wants the life and the "little brother" he once had to come back since he was the most blissful in those moments of his life. The dream piqued feelings of nostalgia and melancholy in him. He felt both happy and sad at the image -- happy because the imaginary experience featured cheery images and a young America whom he cared a lot for, sad because he knew how unrealistic it was, that the days of the colonies were over and things are never going to revert to the way they were before.
