I know you are looking for a depth in your painting... but by putting in the very black background, you are now blocking the depth... maybe you should try to use a lighter coloure... (look at the mona Lisa, there are plans... front, middel and back... the further you go in the painting, the lighter/ greyer the colourse get)

How are you? Thank you.You're correct. In my newest paintings, i try to use colored background. Greyer color is good idea, i think so. I need some experiments.
