I like penguins. The oceanarium in my town has Humboldt penguins. They don't need it too cold - are fine in UK in summer (but I guess they would need a bigger swimming pool than would fit your apartment).

...When it is very much raining, sometime my terrace turns in a swimming pool.... ...which is not a joy, I must say it is a big problem! ....But if I had penguins....
