This is absolutely beautiful! I loved the movie, and constantly rewatch it. there's just so many subtle hints at how much they love each other before Elio confesses. It's all in the glances, the way they talk to one another and how they're truly themselves in each other's company. They are such a beautiful couple, and you drew them so well! Your style is truly wonderful

I loved the movie too! I rewatched for the 2nd time the other day and I noticed so much more subtleties (like you mentioned) that I didn't the first time around. GAH. It's so good! I'm actually tempted to read the book. I just hope it's just as good as the movie
Btw, not sure if you heard, they might make a sequel to the movie!

From what I hear in the book there's an epilogue where Oliver and Elio meet up years after the summer they spent together. I find that to be so bittersweet. In my heart I wish they could've ended up together.
I really hope they do make a sequel! I would love to see them interacting with one another again!

Sorry for the late reply! That's what I've read too! It is so bittersweet. I don't know if I could take it. I heard if they make a sequel, they might wait till Timothee turns 25
