This depiction of her is a pure speculation. Probably, lore-wise incorrect..
I turned 'she gave us fire' into veilfire and choosed the idea of blood magic as a way to control people.
But considering what we know now..
Technically - would there be veilfire when there was no Veil before? Would ancient elves use blood magic at all?

Oh well..

(and guess I really wanted (to try) to depict an idea of forming/shaping/knitting a city from blood threads)
