I'm not so much of a Doctor Who fan (compared to some of my friends), but I do love the show.
I first encountered the Weeping Angels in the episode: The Time of Angels. I freaked out and did not sleep well for a week.
Also, this was during my 3rd year in college, and our Uni has a hall in the school museum filled with statues of angels. You can guess what happened to me when a friend and I went there.
(Yes, I added a watermark, in case you might be wondering. Hopefully it's not that obvious, so you guys can use it, but seen well enough so no one copies it! *horrified face*)
