Just a Rupee I decided to make. Mostly for partly as a study.UPDATE: I now hold the first frame for longer.

My only criticism I can give is that I think the rupee should shine, then stop...then shine, then stop...and so on.

I was going to do that at first but since it was supposed to emulate the GB and I wasn't quit sure what the limitations might be I decided it would be best to assume it would use only 3 frames instead of having the first frame multiple times. (giving the illusion if delay)

Well that's what the gameboy would do to have a delay, just get frame it wants and freezes it.
