Again a little scribble by me - I can't do anything else, eh?
At least this time it's not Darkwing Duck related but something completely different: Esmeralda from Disney's "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" movie 
This movie has been my favorite Disney movie when I was a child and I still like it a lot nowdays. I even liked it so much that I dressed up as Esmeralda for Carnival when I was in elementary school

the way her hair looks like it's moving is beautiful!

I love how her skin incorporates the background colors. I also love the light in her eyes and the movement in the portrait. Very cool.
