I like the way the background fades into the objects standing out, and Vinyl's expression. Something about the puffyness of the headphones really makes my day.

Hehe, fade effect is just to remove any high contrast areas from the limits of the drawing, this way eye is "forced" to return back to center of attention which is Vinyl Scratch.
And yes, there's nothing better for a DJ than puffy headphones :3
