In the Marvel Comics, Wolverine and Spiderman were Avengers in the past and in the next movies they will probably appear, or at least Wolverine, because Sony Pictures have the rights of the Spiderman character.

that's the new avengers and spider man is more likely to appear in avengers 2 because the oscorp building was supposed to be in the background in avengers but the idea was to short notice so they didn't follow through and avengers is owned by disney and X-men is owned by FOX
