After seeing this guy, I'm just reminded of Darkseid from the 90s Superman cartoon. Now I even want a sleazy human to make business with him and get the usual betrayal from him!

While the extra eyes on the right make no sense, I do like his more celestial design and theme compared to Hordak's more demonic and barbaric one. Nice contrast with the two.
