Description The prize for the 2ndplace in my Dolphinbird's contest

It was hard to find idea how to draw the astral dragon by pencil(but I want to do it^^). I have done some markings on Tempest's body of the wings to show that she is a creature from another world..

Used: a craft paper, colored pencils, gel ink pens.
