I'm kinda curious what he/she is carrying in this picture. Reminds me of the Pearlcatcher breed of dragon in Flight Rising, though the appearance and that quote makes it seem much more like the Nocturne breed instead.
And in response to the question, if the night looked that beautiful, I would without hesitation. Absolutely beautiful work. ^_^
