With one wing it looks like a cute adorable pendant.
Two wings would make it look real. Like it could move at any second.

If it were me I would leave it the same. It looks more like a pendant if you leave one wing. Even though a second wing would make it look like the occamy, but one wing looks better. If that makes no sense at all I am sorry.

I think I would add a second wing, kind of half folded in the back so that the ends were sticking out between the first wing and the body if that makes sense? The little thing is absolutely precious though and I want.
Edit: Another possibility is that you half fold this wing so it is closer to the body and only give a hint as to the other, like both wings were in the same position. That would satisfy my OCD for having two wings and keeping balance.

With the head in the position that it is in if you were to add a wing I think it would take away from the face of the little guy. Now if you had it in a different position where the head and wings were not so close together you could make the wings a separate focal point all together. I think I am making since
