Description Chibi gift for since she graduated XD
It's her OC Kai wearing a Mickey Mouse hat.
I drew him wearing that hat cuz i know one of her inspirations is Walt Disney so..yea XD

Work time: Uh...3 days?
Tools used: Paint tool SAI, photoshop 7 and all drawn with a mouse.

Have you ever tried setting the blurred layer to "soft light"? It's a good way to make it shiny without the pic appearing blurred - or maybe it's the lineless... who knows XD

That's what I mean c: That layer that you blur, try setting it to soft light once? Idk, I used photoshop like that once and the result was REALLY bright XD;
