Tis mah mermaid thingy.... OF DOOM!!!!!
I blended prysmatic colour pencils to create the colours of her body and clothing. No, there are not pencils that come in those colours.

Don't bother asking the people.
I had fun with this, trying to make her hair look like freash seaweed, though I don't think I did too well.... Her dress thingy is supposed to resemble coral, but I'm not sure if it does or not.

Thanks Mera. I had a fun time finding them. Blending only two pencils is alright. It's blending 5 or 6 that becomes a pain. XD

xD very true. I just color lightly and layer at least a thousand times...
Of course, by the lack of colored pencil work in my gallery, you can tell how much I enjoy the process.
