Description My sister wanted me to draw her a Lugia for christmas. :I <3 I got fed up at the colouring part and I couldn't be bothered to do a background so I threw on some textures to distract her from my terrible laziness. ;w;

don't think badly of me. ;w; It's late and I left this to the last minute. ffffff.

GONNA SCRAP THIS AFTER X-MAS.
