Here is Alyssa's True Form!
(Well this will be part of the Cali Region story, I will be making A Evil Team soon which does involve this!)

Also note that this is not her 'real form', I know it says 'true form' tho obviously her main look is her real look, tho I hope what mini segment I put here would make sense.

(Also I just came up with this part just now, I am not good at stories so I think I'll save the full story when The whole region is finished as a whole, like when I'm done with the fakemon, mega forms, Gigatamax forms, trainers.etc)

Did you know Alyssa wasn't originally Cilan's? Obviously not. Lol.
Alyssa was made by an Evil leader/scientist that's from an evil Team in The Cali Region called "Team Galaxy", tho after creating her, she was just an egg, tho that egg some how got lost by his clumsy grunts cause she was suppose to be transported somewhere in Unova, which got lost. The egg ended up near young Cilan's home, while after hatching is where she met her one true trainer. (Also she didn't appear like this when she hatched, she obviously looked like this: www.deviantart.com/alyssa-thep… )

After years being partners; after entering The Cali Region, Team Galaxy along with their leader found out and want to make a mission to steal Alyssa back, The leader created Alyssa's real true form into A Mega Crystal which would take place before you even face The League.

Which then you would need to go on A Mission with Champion Cilan to get her back tho sadly you have to fight Alyssa's True Form.

Also this Special Type of Mega Crystal manipulated Alyssa's moves so when you face her true form her moves would be:
Grass Shock
Double Hit
Psychic
And A new move only exclusive to her True Form and The Cali Pikachu line: Spyro Tail

Spyro Tail will be A flying type move where the user would spin their double tails around creating a whirlwind like attack, tho it's A damaging move which damages both opponents.

Tho this would be A double battle since The leader does have other Pokemon with him, tho he saves Alyssa's True Form for last.
(Which I'll name when I'm done with all the Fakemon)
Champion Cilan would be battling along with you.

After defeating Alyssa's True Form, The Mega Crystal broke after the final hit which made Alyssa revert back to her original design. Which turns her moveset back to normal as well.

Alyssa would escape by transforming into A bigger flying type Pokemon to get you and her Champion best friend away from The Evil Team. (She stays as A Pikachu after the escape is over)

Tho that's about it. I need to come up what their motive is aside from stealing Alyssa.

Tho Alyssa was surprised when she found out she was created and not just born like this.

Tho she rather still be good and be with Cilan than be with her original creator. Since she's been with Cilan for so long, she already formed a close bond with them and she wouldn't break that over some Evil Team that made her.

Tho just FYI when you go to The Cali Region's Pokemon League, you'll face The Elite 4, you'll then face something extra before facing Cilan, which you would then face Cherek: www.deviantart.com/alyssa-thep…

His team would be announced after all The Fakemon are finished.

Then after you defeat him, then you'll face Champion Cilan. (Will reveal his team in late November since I plan to try to finish it by then)

That's just what'll happen in the mid-end of the story, tho I am gonna have to rewrite it in a better way when I'm done with this whole Region
