Ratleaf - The Leafy Rat Pokemon - A Grass And Electric Type:
"This Pokemon's cheeks are very soft, and can static up berries cause to them, zapped up berries are more tasty to them. They still carry the leafy twig in it's mouth from the middle stage evolution cause it still brings it comfort. This Pokemon has also gained more confidence in itself and it believes in it's trainer when in A middle of it's battle. Ratleaf's love to nap around trees and bushes, this helps it gain more energy it needs to be stronger in battle. Outside of battling, this Pokemon can be a bit clumsy, tho tries their best to keep their trainer happy. The leaves on it's body help give it the health it needs, it doubles when it's sunny out."

Leafing Voltage (Hidden Ability)

Leafing Voltage is a Signature Ability For The Ratty Line.
It's A mix of Grass and Electric type of Ability, in battle, The user will gain A defense boost once sent out. It will also gain A boost for it's Electric and Grass Type moves, making them more stronger. It can also cause the opponent to either go to sleep or get paralyzed if the opponent touches it on the first turn.
(Only time getting paralyzed or get drowzy won't work is if the opponent has A move that prevents status conditions, can't go to sleep.etc)

Gender: 87.5% Male
12.5% Female

Signature Move: Leafing Strike - This is the signature move for Ratty's Final Evolution.
The user makes A storm of leaves fused with Electrical sparks, which can attack the opponent. It has A 50% of leaving the opponent paralyzed and/or leaving the opponent drowzy for the other 50% chance.
