I think it's such a shame. Your work is truly beautiful. I mean, that probably gets thrown around a lot on DA I know. But there's something so cinematic, and *alive* about your characters, kinda gives me goosebumps every time I see something new from you

Patreon is tip jar, not a paywall. People pledge there because they want to, because they feel inclined to donate a few bucks to actually help keep the comic, instead of complaining about something that is, ultimately, free.
Patrons are also up to date with what is happening, which you would also know if checked the comic's official site.

I do check the official site and used to be a patron. You've been on "mini-hiatus" for four months and haven't given any updates about the comic or that hiatus ending since.

I can understand that completely, and I find it such a shame. Your work very quickly, to me I think, became some of the most impressive I've seen on DA. I check in quite frequently now, just to see if you've stuck something else up, and I also keep meaning to go back and really dig through your other big project. It's just something about this one really struck a chord with me, I dunno, can't explain it. Like a movie I've seen that doesn't even exist or something?
