One just can't depend on scaners, they can ruin every work >.< Sure, sparkly gold pen doesn't look that good here, but I imagine that the real thing is really awesome ^^ I'm impressed just seeing this

Aye, that they can. Cameras are often much better at catching sparkle, just bad at getting worthwhile photo's DX
Ah well, ACEO's are thing that are made to be seen irl, so I guess its worth making it look less impressive digitally to improve its looks traditionally.

I love the creepy vibe this gives off, there's just something really haunting about that red sky and that moon.
I really like the shading on this one too, I feel like it almost has a kind of storybook feel to it maybe? Idk if that's the right way to describe it, but it just ties everything together really well and gives it a very interesting feel.
