This made me go 'awwwwwww'. Twice. It's so adorable! And I think what makes it even more adorable is that I can relate. Pets are indeed the best listeners, and they're good conversationalists. Except cats - they're more the silent I'll-stare-at-you type.
Art wise, I really like the scribbly feel this has. And your dogs and hoomans are just plain cute! And you rocked the expressions, as usual.

My cat won't look at me, she thinks that I'm beneath her and don't even merit a look. Except for the occasional death stare.

*Calls the nearest shrink* Yeah, that worries me a little. This is a definite LOL though. Can't say I've ever had times like that, I'm allergic to most pets. *sniffs sadly* Keep up the brilliant work!

I used to medicate myself up to my eyeballs and back whenever I visited a friend of mine, but now I'm on stronger meds and it takes a lot more for me to have an attack. *shudders at the memories* But it's something I've gotten used to since I first learned I had hayfever.
But it seems that pets may be in my future!

It was. It was so bad that my parents are now - practically - using only 1 brand of deodorant, no perfumes or aftershaves and we're stuck on the one clothes washing detergent. Do you know that 'Vanish Oxiaction' stuff? I'm allergic to that stuff and it's annoying cause the 1 time my mother used the stuff she promptly had to throw all the clothes and bed sheets she had washed and several others that had been in close contact with the washed items back into the washing machine for around 3 or 4 washes before I stopped having a reaction. But like I said, you get used to things after a little while. I imagine you weren't used to pets when you were really young but now you can't imagine a time without pets? It's how I feel about my hayfever.
So do I. I really hope that even if I can't be desensitised that the meds will still work for me to have pets. Either way I now have the option of having pets. I used to get real depressed about not ever having pets, what with my hayfever crossing that option off any list I made for my future, so now I feel a lot better. A lot less depressed.
Did I mention the possibility of my having asthma? Have I also mentioned the possibility of my not having asthma. I'm currently watching a tennis match of 'yes she does' and 'no she dosen't' between my immunologist and my GP and the asthma clinic. This has been going on a total of about 4 years now.
It is sort of funny when I think about it. To a point. Will somebody just sit me down and tell me if I do or don't?!

Oh really? Oh dear. I used to have it, but then I seemed to grow out of it. My sister also has it, but it only bugs her occasionally. It used to get really really bad for us both though. Its bad that they can't decide though

Oh wow. I wish I was lucky like that. I feel for your sister, it really is a cow to have. It's not that they can't decide, it's just the fact that I'm watching them argue over it. First the GP and clinic say I do, then the chest clinic I go to for my hayfever says I don't, then my GP says I don't but I have asthma tendencies and finally the immunologist says I do. Thing is, the immunologist says that if my lung capacity had been any lower I should have gone to hospital. I just wish I had a competent doctor for once.
