Exchange for This time I got 's Aerrow. Remind me to never attemp characters with complicated marking in this style again, I completely messed them all up >_< I'm really sorry about that, I tried :\Other than that, I kinda like how this came out, although its really different from my original idea. I hope you like it anyway!

Heehee, it was fun. The original idea was like some sort of volcano and crevice/crack things running from her feet and epic lighting and stuff

Also complicated markings can be a challenge but hey, at least you can say you tried it in this style!

yes draw with your hands and when in doubt just lick the drawing! (please note that it will smudge your pencil sketch though D< )

I reallly do like the face, with all the details and snarly snarling snarl. the horns are also pretty darn hawt~

Ahhhh oh my gosh, this is simply too awesome for words. I love that nearly maniacal, laughing smile of hers - it really suits her quite well, and that face has got to be one of my favourite things about this lovely piece here *u* I rather adore the splattering-like background you've got going on here, too, and especially the likeness to blood that it portrays
For some reason, I especially like that you've made her tail to fade out like that to properly gauge a kind of distance and what have you, and that makes me super happy. You've also done her crazy weird horns a lot of justice as well, and the silvery haiiiiirrrrr.

adkfa I'm so happy that you like it! As i was painting it I realised that I was using a style that is only the complete and utter opposite from your gorgeously clean digital works XD
She was a really interesting and fun character to paint (those horns are something else I've never seen the like XD )

Complicated markings are just hard in general. They kinda drive me crazy, hence why I usually don't do them. That and complicated clothes. xD

I don't mind them too much when working digitally, or more precicely, but for a messy painting, they're a complete and absolute nightmare!
As for clothes, even simple ones, don't get me started. Theres a reason one of my characters is just naked, and its not because I like drawing butts! butts are actually really hard to draw ;A;

I hate it when clothes need to be JUST LIKE THIS perfect. I like making up clothes. That's fun. Doing it perfect is just... no.

Yes, i know just that >_< The other thing that bothers me is when people get really upset about their characters not being portrayed 1000001% accurately when someone draws them giftart. I understand a commission, or even trade, but people can get very emotional :\
Hurr hurr yes i do. Just not drawing them. I was doing a life drawing class the other day and I just stared at this guys butt for AGES (and it wasn't a nice one either) because I couldn't get it right.

It's Aerow! I drew him once! He's a handsome bastard <333! I REALLY love this though! I LOVE THE FACE, MAN. He's like, MWEHEHEHE *grin* and it's WICKED. TITLE WELL-PLACED, SIR. I like how you pulled his colors out into the BG as well! Like with those little purple splotchies up at the top and I LOVE the reddish brown you splotched at the bottom! Man this is WICKED!

I simply love the way the purple splatters away from it's back, if you get what I mean, and I love the redish brown at the bottom that looks like blood and all <3

Aw thanks <33 I got those purple slpatterss by blowing on the paint drops XD
THe reddish brown is mad by mixing red and coffee/tea, it works rather well for blood colours

Hmmm, here i just put a blob of runny paint and blow really hard. If it can run down the page when you turn the page sideways then it should work
