3D Maneuvering Gear: 7; he's used to practicing the 3DMG but isn't as good as the average survey corps member (you don't meet titans very often inside the walls).

Intelligence: 4; Let's say he's more efficient when he follows orders than when he has to come up with a plan by himself. He tends to throw himself head-first (since he's quite impulsive) without thinking before, which can put himself or other person in danger.

Martial Arts: 9; he's really good in close combat, it's partly this that helped his decision to join the garrison.

Battle Skill: 6; he didn't fought much titans (except in the battle of trost and eren rescue) and so doesn't have that much experience in battle.

Agility: 6; he isn't that fast or that agile but quite strong and has good reflexes. Facing titans alone : he would most likely get killed in a few seconds, but in a fight against another person his strenght compensate his lack of flexibility.

Strategy: 4; Here again, if you want a strategy to fail, let Alek handle its preparation.

Teamwork: 7; He doesn't get along with everyone, but when works need to be done, even if he has to team up with his worst enemy and swallow his pride, he'll do it (not without a little complaints thought).

Passion: 8; He doesn't have a "side dream" like most people do, like opening a bakery or being a cook. He always wanted to join the army and he's happy with what he's doing.

Firearms: 8; Alek is quite a good shot, with riffles (used in man-to-man situation) or with cannons (used against titans).
