Well, the dress is designed to emphasize the legs. A ferret... isn't very leggy. It looks comical on her.

Mind you, she's definitely a very attractive ferret, it's just that dress doesn't do her justice.

I dressed Shepard's female in a dress at will, then it will be in other suits and an armor..
