Actually I didn't want to try EmoFuri out because it looked like too much trouble due to being in Japanese and I still don't understand half the stuff that's going on, but so many people suddenly tried it that I eventually couldn't resist, either
Unfortunately I can't figure out how to add additional parts to animate (e.g. I would have loved to make her ears twitch!) and how to fix certain parts because her body just looked strange when she leaned forward. Maybe one day I will understand

Thank you! <3 I prepared a file in Paint Tool SAI (though you can also use Photoshop because you need a .psd-file) and then used EmoFuri to animate it. I answered it in another comment so Ill just copy and paste the answer here and hope that the links still work! ^^

You need to set your system locale to Japanese first before you install Emofuri which is explaiend over here: fuwanovel.org/faq/setting-wind… And don't forget to restart the computer before you start Emofuri!

So viel Tumblr-Spam mit den Dingern
Nene, das ist alles mit nem japanischen Programm, das mal so überhaupt nicht verwirrend ist xD Ehrlich gesagt keine Ahnung, wie lange das gedauert hat o.o" Eigentlich ist das alles nciht so schwer, wenn man einmal herausfindet, wie's geht. Aber das ist nicht so einfach xD Erstmal muss man das richtig installieren, damit alles läuft, und dann verstehen wie man etwas öffnet und Animationen abspielt. Und diese auch noch speichert xD Das Bild zu zeichnen hat halt.. so lange gedauert, wie ich auch sonst brauche xD Man muss nur aufpassen, dass man alles auf die richtigen Ebenen packt und in Photoshop muss man den Ebenen dann die richtigen japanischen Bezeichnungen geben und dann noch weitere Ebenen für so bestimtme Punkte und Quadrate hinzufügen. Ist nicht schwer, aber das ganze ruzmgefriemel hat vielleicht ne halbe Stunde gedauert xD Dann halt die Datei importieren, evtl. Probleme beheben können (auch einfach aber hat ne Weile gedauert bis ich herausgefunden hab, wie) und dann einfach irgendeine Animation speichern xD Hab auch versucht selber welche zu machen, aber ich hab den Dreh mit dem Timing noch nicht raus und eigene Elemente kann ich auch noch nicht einfügen uou" Falls du Tutorials brauchst, kann ich dir Links schicken!

I used a program called "EmoFuri" which you can download here: emote.mtwo.co.jp/emofuri.php It's completely in Japanese, though, so you'll either have to understand it or if you can't speak Japanese - like me - you will have to read quite a few tutorials and guess occasionally in order to make it work!
You should change your locale to Japanese before you install it, or the program might not work. This explains how to do it - it's quite simple! fuwanovel.org/faq/setting-wind… Restart the computer afterwards, then install EmoFuri and it should open without a problem ^^

If you can set the PSD file up properly, then most of the work is already done! xD I think you posted a tutorial on Tumblr and this is pretty much also what I used o: The rest is hoping that you click the correct Japanese button and fiddling around a bit xD

Recht hübsch gestaltet.
Die schockobraunen Haare sehen gut aus die Augen funkeln hübsch haben aber fast schon die deutschen Farbtöne: schwarz,rot,gold enthalten was recht humorvoll ist.
Die Bewegungen und das Lächeln tun ihr übriges um das Bild gut aussehen zu lassen.
