Well, so I wanted to finish something else first before submitting this but it takes me longer than expected and to fill the void I will just submit this now~The majority in my poll was for me drawing Zeena traditionally and here she is! But I noticed that many people usually only draw Zeena and ignore the rest XO Zazz seems like a rather interesting character as well, though, so I added him in here. ouo Jeez, the deadly six have proportions that make me want to shoot myself xD The designs ae rather cool though and I love the horns~ It was really interesting to try out and while there are mistakes I think the result is okay.
Anyway, regarding as I wanted to draw these two either way the 's character of the month contest - with the Deadly Six this time around - was really in my favor
So, that's what this picture is for!Well, what do you guys think about how this turned out? o:

Yeeeah, this picture should have won that contest over the other one, but whatever. :,DD I mean, come on, this is just drawn exactly how it should be - especially Zazz, I think you did really well with his proportions and with his overall personality! He looks like the wild and crazy guy that he is~! X33 I love the little details, like his nails and the pikes on his gauntlets and why do you color so well with those pencils. q.q
As for Zeena, she looks rather dissatisfied with the world ~ but, that is fitting with the nature that she was revealed to have, I think~
The background is very fitting for the game that they come from, too ~ even though it is simple, it gives off the bright and colorful vibe and feel that Lost World has~! X33 And it matches well with these two. ^^ So, great job~! I just wish you would have won that contest~! XDD Although, I know that you aren't exactly complaining about not winning, since you got the participation prize~

I agree that it would have been cooler if Zeena had more depth to her, but then again we need to consider that she is a villain that appeared in just one game along with 5 other villains. Seems as if that only leaves room for stereotypes without much depth to them o.o Even if that's a pity!

Ich hab erst letztens die Cutscenen von diesem neuen Sonic Spiel angeschaut, die Figuren sind ja mal mega cool xD Vor allem Zazz find ich echt lustig mit seiner verrückten Art :3 Die beiden sind voll im Charakter hier auf deinem Bild und ihre Farben passen auch gut zueinander, so gegensetzlich und doch haben beide die gegenseitigen Farben inne X3 Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass die echt nicht leicht zu malen sind, weil sie so deformierte Anatomy haben aber du hast es hier gut gelöst! ^^

Ich hab mir die Cutscenes auch letztens angeschaut! xD Da ich an das Spiel so leider nicht komme. Ich muss aber zugeben, dass ich Zeena mehr mochte, bevor ich gesehen hab, wie sie so drauf ist o.o
Und danke dir! Ich hab auch versucht die Farben des jeweils anderen ein bisschen z.B. bei den Schatten zu integrieren, damit die nicht so rausstechen ^^

I'm already looking forward to your review! Unfortunately I doubt that I will be able to play it myself as I don't have a N3DS or Wii U and heard that they cancelled the PC version after all... q_q

I didn't even know there was going to be a PC version.
But I can see why they cancelled it.
Sega did sign a contract with Nintendo to have them help Sonic Team develop three new Sonic games.
And I don't think Nintendo would be happy putting it other consoles besides their own.

I think this is exactly the reason why they cancelled the PC version D: That's really a shame, but I guess there's nothing we can do about it u__u
But I didn't know that they signed a contract for three Sonic games. Does that mean the next two games won't be for PC either? That would be stupid because I'd miss so much >__<

Probably. The next Nintendo Sonic is sadly yet another Mario and Sonic at the Olympics entry. Since Mario is in it, there's no doubt it won't be for the PC.
As for the last one, they're keeping it a secret as to what it is, but I bet it's a proper Mario and Sonic crossover. Y'know... a platformer.
If not that, then perhaps a Nintendo vs. Sega fighting game. Either way, I won't guarantee it will be for the PC either.

I have to admit that I'm not much into Mario & Sonic at the Olympics, so I don't mind that much if I don't get to play that one.
As for the third game... I'm afraid it might be something that I'd be more interested in. But what can I do about it!
In the meantime I watched the Sonic Lost World cutscenes but it's just not the same when you watch them like that or play the game like you did instead.

Yeah. Playing the game, the cutscenes felt so refreshing to watch. Which is actually something not even Colours or Generations managed to do.

That really makes me wonder what you mean as the cutscenes in Colors and Generations were fun to watch in my opinion! Well, either way I have the impression that Sonic became sassier than he has been before in his latest games - but maybe that's just me

What I mean was that because of the fewer characters in cutscenes in both Colours and Generations, most of the cutscenes is just banter and jokes between them because of the simple story.
But the problem was that the dialogue was terrible. Not necessarily in Generations, but in Colours definitely. It's just cringeworthy in my opinion.
But in Lost World, the more character interaction and better writing make the cutscenes so enjoyable to watch.
And true, Sonic has become a lot sassier, but I really like it. It's like a Bugs Bunny complex or something.

Hahaha oh Gott, da muss ich aber glaube ich schon auf der Hinfahrt im Zug anfangen, weil ich für's colorn ne halbe Ewigkeit brauche xD (Und hoffen, dass meine Reiseübelkeit zu Hause bleibt! Hab much durch's im Zug Lesen für die Uni glaub ich aber schon dran gewöhnt xD)
