this is from soul eater anime. the yellow haired lady is Miss Marie and she is desperate for a husband but can't find one so the other lady suggests marryind the toilet and Miss Marie agrees untill realizing that it could spring a leak on her unnoticed and then preceeds to destroy the toilet, leaving a crater in the ground.
